The practice

I carry out my professional work in tax, accounting, corporate and economic and financial matters, through an approach grounded in technical soundness, professional proximity and a genuine understanding of each company. The practice stems from a way of understanding advisory work based on direct involvement, sound judgement and the practical value of work done well.

The practice’s approach

The practice is aimed at companies that already have a degree of internal structure and need robust, personalised and well-focused support in matters central to their operations. The priority is not a standardised service or a volume-based model, but to provide clarity, certainty and technical support wherever the company needs genuine judgement.

From this foundation, the work is carried out across closely connected areas: taxation, accounting, corporate matters, business financing support, and external financial management and management support. They are not isolated services, but parts of one shared vision of support for the company.

Professional background and experience

My professional background has developed alongside structured SMEs, larger companies and more demanding environments, always through a perspective connected with the company’s operational reality and the decisions that affect its day-to-day functioning. That experience now informs an advisory model combining technical oversight, continuity and an integrated reading of the company’s most sensitive areas.

The work covers tax and accounting support, corporate and company law advisory and, where the company needs it, business financing support and external financial management for management. All of this is delivered through a direct professional relationship and genuine involvement in understanding each organisation’s structure.

How I understand advisory work

Advisory work is not conceived as an isolated response to an obligation or a specific issue, but as a professional relationship based on monitoring, review and sound judgement. For many companies, the real value is not only in meeting obligations properly, but in having an external technical perspective that helps organise, interpret and make better decisions.

That is why the work always begins with an understanding of the company, its structure, its operations and the point it has reached. Each need requires its own assessment and an approach tailored to its actual context.

Client relationship

The relationship with each company is based on direct contact, continuity and a careful way of working. It is not about providing an impersonal service or intervening only when a problem arises, but about offering robust support in those areas where the company needs greater certainty, better technical insight and stable support over time.

This type of relationship makes it possible to work in greater depth, better understand the company’s reality and provide advice that is more useful, better focused and more consistent with its actual needs.

If this approach may fit your company’s circumstances, an initial conversation can help understand the situation, assess needs and determine the most appropriate type of support.
